Swavalamban Process – Based on study of the requirements of the youths referred, personal interactions with the youth and parents and experience gathered over last three years, the process being followed as of today is as under -
Promotion, Reach out
Reach out to every village, town and Maheshwari family in Maharashtra. Promote, identify local sponsor and invite applications.
Selection, Admissions
Screen applications, set up counselling with candidate, parents, sponsors, select and admit.
Counselling, Course plan
Understand candidate, course, decide training courses and plan road map.
Daily log, Mentoring
Ensure students follow daily schedule, maintain logbook, weekly update, rapport with Mentor, Family.
Progress monitoring, Counselling
Monthly monitoring of the progress on the courses planned, counselling, correcting if required and communication with mentor, family.
On job training, Internship
Search, provide on job training / intern opportunities to students after completing the courses
Certification
Train, search and assist student to get placed or start-up his own enterprise
