Skill-based education is today no longer a choice but has become a fundamental requirement and Swavalamban Yojna strives to make Maheshwari youths more employable and/or business ready.
Because almost 60 percent of skilled jobs are not in the white collar category, there is dearth of skilled manpower in the country. Large percentage of youths coming from lower income groups, don’t have access to any form of formal and or skill-based education. Hence, providing education to these students provides them a window of opportunity to prove themselves and lead to better career options and future.
